Maybe like 1/20th of the total popcorn being unpopped adds some nice crunch.

      I had a dream when I was younger of making a snack that was just partially popped kernels.

      Couldn’t figure out how to consistently get more than just a few per bag

        I did a little research, it looks like kernels under 14% moisture, or those with damaged hulls are more prone to partially popped kernel known as an “old maid”

        Gonna put some kernels in the freezer to desiccate them and see what I get
