A part of my job is to call people whose addresses arent correct before dispatching deliveries or when the drivers arrive onsite and its not the right place.

If you’re going to screen calls like this check your messages or make the choice not to scream at people when your shit gets sent back to the manufacturer and you get billed for the attempted delivery anyway.
