In the Star Trek universe … all humans have had their sense of smell desensitized … because in places like DS9 the air would be so overwhelming with so many interspecies smells that it would make every human either pass out or vomit uncontrollably.

I assume all Klingons smell the same, like a field of tulips. It’s just how their sweat smells.
Worf is very concerned with manliness, nobody warrior spirit, and such. He wears a perfume named Bushido made by Ol‘Fac ATAK. The scent is similar to AXE bodyspray dark temptation.
