What’s the point of even humoring his “negotiations” if he’s just going to turn around a few weeks later and apply tariffs anyway?

TACO Don doing TACO Don things again. Trying to distract from the Epstein files.

I hope the name PEDOnald starts getting as much use as DonOLD.

Wait, I was just now wondering about the Epstein files but… now that this important proclamation has been yeeted out… I’ve forgotten about that. Odd

Well all your American made cars just got more expensive. GM and Ford both do most of their manufacturing in Mexico.

Weirdly Hyundai, Kia and Subaru all manufacture cars domestically. So foreign cars are now the cheaper option.

The best estimates I can find place the work closer to 1/3rd in Mexico.

With that being said, this specific tariff shouldn’t impact car prices because they would be exempt under USMCA. However, Trump’s steel tariffs will impact car prices.

For reference, almost all manufacturing is done in Mexico. Final assembly is done in America and takes longer because the process still requires a lot of manual labour and quality assurance.

“The work” is highly variable depending on location so lumping it all together means that a decent amount of nuance is lost.

I should really learn how to be a day trader so I can get rich off of all this stock market manipulation…

Yeah, it’s almost as if he’s selling access to his inner circle and giving them advance notice of policies that may affect markets. Wouldn’t that be wild?
