I am in this meme and I REALLY don’t like it. I spend a lot of time thinking how deep of a hole I would need to dig to crawl in and die in it.

    its not necessarily revisiting just because you feel. if you forget history you are more likely to repeat it. it would be far worse if you did things and had no shame at all. embarrassment for things you did is like your brain saying “remember to avoid this situation, we don’t want that again!”
