Real talk, Pagani makes some of the worst looking cars of the 2000s. And they are more-or-less the same vehicles, just with different carbon body panels and liveries.

It’s like Nintendo and the Mario franchise. Every few years, new paint job but basically the same product. But for some reason people cream their pants over them all the same.

I mean they’ve only had 3 models over the last 26 years. Everything else is a special edition of an existing model.

The looks aren’t my cup of tea either these days. I loved the Zonda F as a teen, but these days I’d rather have a Mercedes V12 in a… Mercedes.

But that’s what I’m saying - there’s no real visual change, even though there has been decades to do so. Its not my fault they don’t innovate, lol.

My first experience with Pagani was from NFS and even back then I was like ‘jfc who designed this’ like 15 years ago. I cannot understand what people see in these cars. Sure they they are fast, but fast cars are a dime a dozen. Rarity? Okay, so trust-fund babies and midlife crisis customers, yawn. I’d much rather get out of something that I pause, turn around, and look at as I’m walking away - something I’m proud to own. Sure, technically they are interesting, but for cars specifications alone don’t give me a chub. The body, now that’s where it’s at.

        That’s my thinking, anyway.

Mario Odyssey was insanely creative. Sure, their 2D games have been essentially the same for 20 years, but their mainline 3D games always bring new ideas to the franchise.

I can’t agree with that take on 2D either, Super Mario Wonder was one of the most creative and innovative 2D games I’ve ever played.

Ahhh, yeah, I forgot about Wonder. That was a ton of fun and definitely had tons of creative and awesome ideas! I agree with you on that.

But before Wonder, the 2D Mario games weren’t in a great place for being much different from each other. Anyway, good call on bringing it up.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh I feel like at least the mainline 3D entries are all quite different and unique
