Yes and no. Doctors have a duty to report when there are certain dangers. They can also speak in generalities that would show concern for his condition. They can’t say yes the president had dementia diagnosed on X date, or failed X/Y cognitive tests, but that’s not really necessary.

      But not after…

Which, again, would explain the fifth

If he didn’t say it then, saying it now would mean he loses his license.

I dunno, this is one of those things I’m just gonna accept some people can’t understand

I see it both ways. If it was an issue then, not saying anything was criminal negligence, endangering the USA citizens. Same as Rs covering for the current executive, same as staffers covering for Congress persons.

Doctors have a duty to report …

Ok. Who does he report to in this instance. The House Oversight Committee, or Trump?

If the physician does either of those he’s breaking confidentiality and that’s a big no-no.

Confidentiality is not absolute for medical professionals, they can and have been forced to testify. It’s not as absolute as it is with lawyers or clergy, which also have some limits.

At the time the cabinet and vp, oversight committees, possibly the AG or IG if they weren’t complicit in a cover up. Also it’s about the president, being deep throat 2 would be acceptable.
