Obesity is responsible for many dying much earlier than the normal life span. Though many here want to deny it. If you care about a person who is obese you wouldn’t tell them you’re fine and no need to lose weight. BUT if you encounter obese people you should never say anything about their appearance. And no smirks or dirty looks either. You have no idea what is going on in their life that got them to this point. The cruelest thing is supporting an obese person by telling them it’s just fine. It’s no different then telling an obviously anorexic person that they look great and aren’t too skinny
