The more overworked people are the more willing they are to take intellectual shortcuts and not think independently. One of those shortcuts is to mistake a contrarian opinion as independent thought. Throw in a contrarian leader into an economy where people are overworked and this is the result.

And sometimes even little girls.

Judging from the YouTube comments they are hitting their mark. Lots of people mistaking being contrarian for being independent though, like in the case of COVID vaccines and makes wearing.

The immigration courts happen to be directly ran by the executive branch. They’re firing any judge who isn’t onboard.

Many restaurants are allowed to pay their employees below minimum wage. They expect tips to fill that gap.

It should but it doesn’t. Like for a while starbucks tips would go towards the shift that cleans the place.
