It’s always a good idea to back off and focus on yourself. Having checked your comments it does seem you’ve been riled up by all the bad media, recently. Been there.

Having said that, maybe its a good idea to start blocking all the keywords that make you sad, and look for an instance other than lemmy.world and lemmy.ml? They’re well known to be the worst instances because the owners are trigger-happy fascists (Dessalines specifically but I can’t remember which one they’re from), and often are the source of unsavoury content or treatment.
