How bad can the mirror universe be?

It ends up with the same people having the same offspring with each other, with perfect consistency that we get biologically identical everyone for hundreds of years. Surely such a scenario isn’t too bad.

So I’m curious what people think of this.

There’s consent from the shopper and the retailer, so it’s not unethical, but obviously the model developers are going to enshittify and try to extract as much value as they can.
