I am not Muslim and to me cutting the throat of a cow does not sound like something God wants people to be doing to celebrate him. Both the option of repeating it next year and not will have results you might like or might not like. Best advise I can give is to look at the reasoning behind why you would make a certain choice. Try to uncover what your intentions are. And this is in no way meant cynical, try to uncover what God wants for you to do.

A lot of advertising is annoying and misleading, even good advertising can lead to people buying stuff they don’t need. I am definitely not pro-advertising but it does serve more than monopolistic capitalism, especially on a more local level.

I 100% agree and totally get why I am being downvoted, but just disabling advertising or banning tracking cookies are not a magic fix to save the internet from the perspective of the companies that now show these ads.
