Inconsistent toll by tag enforcement probably isn’t helping. In Orlando I had a bill from one agency and and account with another. If it reads my electronic tag it pays from the one account, but if it mis-reads it charges by tag in another agency… I nearly got a ticket despite making sure my main account was paid off. The confusion could have toll notices from an unfamiliar source seem valid.

They are also to blame, but you see how thoroughly you are convinced that it is “the other guy”? That is the beauty of a rigged two party system. Your republican neighbor is all “Damn Obamacare” when the bill was a Republican design “pushed through congress” by a Democrat. Like a ballet.

The choices are rigged. You can’t vote for change if change isn’t on the ballot… The best sounding politician in living memory was voted in. and we got…(Checks notes) increased drone bombing and sold out to the insurance companies.

I switched to Lemmy after r/news banned me for obvious hyperbole. Reddit used to be a place where dark humor in the face of absurd events was allowed. I’m not even sure if Lemmy is any better, but I’ve had all of the humor and interest in life beat out of me now, so I guess I’ll be okay.

Well, I just mean that she is probably using the British meaning of Fanny for the joke… I’ve never heard of this comic before so I figured it was a one-off.

Based on the joke, I think she might be British…

That’s a trash article, and Antarctica is the last place anyone should worry about cruises going unless they are chopping up penguins for bird-brunch or something.
