As someone else said: it doesn’t replace streaming even a little. Pirating is replacing buying music directly. Streaming facilitates finding new music and trying it out. Being able to listen to anything at any time. You simply can’t do that with downloads; no one can download everything. Piracy in this case really just works for people still listening to their highschool favs and not people looking for new stuff all the time.

Sony is really desperate for more revenue. To the point they are refusing to sell their products unless they can harvest your data to sell. It’s rather sad. I wonder if they’ll have enough money for the R&D and production for the PS6 or PS5Pro.

It’s also baffling why Sony doesn’t expand PSN to other countries if they are hindered from selling products due to that.

The meme says “American Republicans” so I thought we were considering this from an American pov. Definitions are going to change going to other countries and doubly so when talking about politics.

It has 2 common definitions:

1. Neo-liberal: a political approach that favors free-market capitalism, deregulation, and reduction in government spending
2. Leftism in general.

You’re almost never going to hear the right-wing use #1. Authoritarian communists will use #1 as a catch-all for modern capitalism.

It’s so tiring seeing the men coming in and deliberately misunderstanding what’s being discussed. They will do literally anything, appear dumb as rocks, to not recognize rape culture and admit potentially any fault or responsibility towards it’s continued existence. They take everything personally instead of being able to see that societal problems there are also responsible for helping to fix.

And then proceeds to show everyone each episode that the skill threshold is really quite low to paint. Painting as well as he does is pretty tough but almost all of his techniques were very simple.

I’d love to see (it probably exists and I haven’t looked) for someone similar to Bob Ross but for acrylics. I think acrylics are easier to get into than oil paints, both in cost and usage. But I think it’s a bit different in painting technique.

Unfortunately super earths aren’t viable for us. They would both have crushing gravity and that gravity would make rockets leaving the planet impossible. Fuel to weight ratio would ensure no one could ever leave.

By and large, I think most of these people are just trying to get out of legal and financial obligations. I bet if a government agency sent them a check, they’d fucking cash it. But it’s when they’re required to pay money or complete the littlest forms that they balk. They are just bad scammers.
