I see. Over here in Europe we use multiple stores too. As for the data collection, I personally don’t really care much, I’m not a criminal nor am I an important individual, so they don’t really care about me to begin with.

An account has to specifically change a setting on their profile so it can be a bot, so maybe people can use something to filter on that.

Reddit is owned by a company, heck, it IS a company. Lemmy on the other side is a federated network. No one really owns Lemmy. It’s like torrents in a way.
