    yes, just as you described but on my ios devices so idk if it’s related.

    when i emailed mullvad support, they promptly responded with “log out, then log in”. it didn’t fix anything but it seems like turning off multi-hop has helped.

    i also had a separate geolocation issue around the same time but support said that they [firefox focus/google] “are using an incorrect geolocation database”.

    like you, i also tried looking online and didn’t find anything. i’m glad to find your post – thank you. i bookmarked it in case you or someone finds a fix.
