I thought the two stop had potential but was exploited by VCARB, Williams and Mercedes to back up the field and get free pitstops.

I have no idea how Gasly managed to bring the car with 3 wheels into the pits after running into Tsunoda. If a safety car would’ve come out, it would’ve made things a lot more interesting considering the cars that pitted on laps 1-2. That’s probably where the appeal of the race faded away.
