Now that I’ve written that, he might actually get away with it. It would be a refreshing level of government transparency.

“Well, actually, sometimes you need just a little temporary fascism to take care of a problem, he’s just doing what needs to be done, you’re just overreacting.” - ‘Moderates’ if Trump outright declared the US a fascist state

Or you could say letting a convicted felon and rapist, alleged insurrectionist, and traitor back int he white house with the immunity of a king, because Moscow Mitch didn’t want to fill a SCOTUS seat under Obama. Or Citizens United. Or…

USA served it’s purpose, I’m just trying to guess which countries will have to come and liberate it in 5 years from now.

I’m waiting for a Canadian hacker group to announce they remote disabled all the USA nukes via one of Pete’s Signal groups, and then we just wait until they run out of bullets before we go in.

In 1995, writer Boris Strugatsky wrote an article about the signs of fascism

Twenty years ago, the cult Soviet and Russian science fiction writer Boris Strugatsky published a note in the newspaper “Nevsky Vremya” entitled “Fascism is very simple. Epidemiological memo”.

Plague in our house. We don’t know how to treat her. Moreover, we don’t even know how to make the right diagnosis. And the one who has already been infected often does not notice that he is sick and contagious.

Man I was sure Putler would have whacked him, but he died of natural causes! So reading sci-fi is their blind spot, spread the word.
