You make a good point. I hadn’t considered a riot.

We know that conditions there are terrible and that lethal force would be used with little provocation, so having a dozen or so dead in a riot is a likely eventuality.

That said, I still don’t think it’s a pile of dead bodies. Strong claims require strong evidence. A healthy level of skepticism requires better evidence than a pixelated brown and red smudge.
