Once you get used to the the format it makes a lot of sense. [instance-you-are-on]/c/[community-name]@[instance-it-is-on] This standardisation has already proven itself for multiple years now, with millions of people using it over on Mastodon. People will get used to it. The “this is unfamiliar and scary to me” reaction goes away as the familiarity develops over time.
