Looking for something I can use to wear to have audio from bluetooth that doesn’t get in the way as a side-sleeper

I’m trying a small portable/wired bluetooth speaker in a few places like in pillow, may try a headband but if speaker works, cat also likes it so thats a plus for it too lol
