You can’t change other people. You can’t change society. You can’t change human nature. All you can do is to work with what the world gives you. All you can do is to adjust yourself. So you accept the sexism and racism and classism and ageism etc and find workrounds to make it through somehow to hopefully end up being mostly perceived as one of the good ones.
