I want this comm’s take on which New Vegas quest/dlc sized mods are worth the time. I also wanna know about which mods to avoid, which are flawed yet worth playing, and what technical issues might arise from any of them.

What’s kind of fun is that there are two. Depends on if you want just New Vegas, or if you want to shove Fallout 3 into Fallout New Vegas’s game engine and play them both with some crossover content using Tale of Two Wastelands to combine them (have to own both though).

Viva New Vegas is the version for the base game, and is probably the best “vanilla+” modpack I’ve used in quite a while.

The Best of Times is the version for TTW (Fallout 3 shoved in with NV)

I never actually finished Fallout 3 (I played a lot of FO1 and FO2 as a kid and FO3 felt off). Maybe I should do a modded FO3 run and then a New Vegas run! :)

F3 is off. I used Tale of Two Wastelands before but F3 territory was more of a hunting ground.
