I think this above all many other things over the last couple decades are where the Democratic Party have gone mask-off about who they really are.

They’ve lost the Presidency, the Supreme Court, and both Houses in recent years, and finally the moment they get one small chance of victory they’re just… nope, we’d rather lose yet another election than allow a left-of-center candidate to win.
