      Sometimes these are things many/most people experience. The degree and frequency they effect people are usually where it’s adhd vs “normal”.

      Everyone forgets their keys/phone/wallet from time to time. Forgetting one or several of them, multiple times a week?..

        Sleep with my phone on my bedside table every day. Almost every morning I look for my phone because I don’t know if I left it on my bedside table or took it with me somewhere else when turning off the alarm. XD

      Yes 😭 And also delayed circadian rhythms, so the body wants to go to sleep later and stay in bed longer
