At first I thought you meant like ADHD people would get breakfast and then spend hours understanding everything on their plate. But That didn’t make sense.
So I started puzzling what you meant by this and trying to get clues in the comments.
Then about 3 minutes in my research… I realize I’m in the picture.
Did you know egg shells are slightly permeable? Did you know it’s good to crush egg shells up and feed them back to chickens to help provide the nutrients back to them for making eggs with strong shells? Chickens lacking proper nutrients will produce softer shells which can look weird and droopy as well as being less safe for a chick before hatching. Did you know the membrane is used in a plethora of products including beauty related items? Did you know there’s still not a great way to quickly, easily, and cheaply separate the shell and membrane on a mass scale?
You too can read about eggs for 3 hours for no reason! My favourite part is remembering relatively nothing about the details the day after
autistics as well. we don’t start with the “common rules and customs” official strategy guidebook like everyone else did so it seems to acclimate us to doing the legwork of overanalyzing everything.
sometimes I have to stop and ask myself “is this actually something I need to know or am I just scared of being punished socially not knowing it”
“is this actually something I need to know or am I just scared of being punished socially not knowing it”
… shit
I can’t not know something. If someone asks a question or mentions some topic I’m not familiar with–even in passing–I will spend the day researching it and then give my partner an oral report on the subject. Whether he wants to hear it or not… I can’t stop it.
Uhm how else am I supposed to figure out if soneone is toxic or is manipulating me? And well I always get all the information available on the topic I need and then even reread/rewatch some of it multiple times.
