Whatever dude I give up. I’m taking the accelerationist approach now. Let them crash the fucking country because it’s the only way people will have even a tiny chance of learning from this. We’ve become too comfortable which has lead to complacency and the only way things will improve is if people experience a massive quality of life decrease under this regime.
Burn baby burn. Pedal to the metal.
Thats where I’m at with things. I tried to have hope that we could fix things normally but it’s just not possible. If things don’t go downhill fast we’re gonna get trump or vance being inaugurated in 2029.
I’m losing hope for the future. They’re selling merchandise for the fucking concentration camp. Humanity has failed. I almost hope we go extinct, we fucking deserve it
We’re witnessing the capitalist version of a runaway diesel engine. It may go really fast but eventually its gonna explode and brother we are close to the explosion.
It’s going to be really bad this time, and I was watching the talking heads on the news discounting the CBO report by saying “Naw, naw, it’s cool… see it’s going to cause economic growth… everything is going to be fine!”
And I’m like “That’s a lie, and it was a lie when Reagan said it 45 years ago. It’s NEVER ONCE worked out that way.”
But nobody in the media is willing to follow up with that question: “So why didn’t the growth happen all the other times we tried this?”
Our media is uniquely dog shit. It’s one of the problems with having literally fucking everything owned by corporations. If we ever get power again we need to prioritize making shit like fox illegal.
Working as designed. This is the result of media consolidation combined with repealing the fairness doctrine (also a Reaganism).
Now all of the major media outlets are owned by a handful of billionaires and they are allowed, if not encouraged, to bend your opinion to their will.
