Ward Sakeik was detained in February on her way home from her honeymoon in the US Virgin Islands

The US government has tried for the second time to deport a stateless Palestinian woman, according to court documents – despite a judge’s order barring her removal.

Ward Sakeik, a 22-year-old newlywed, was detained in February on her way home from her honeymoon in the US Virgin Islands. Last month, the government attempted to deport her without informing her where she was being sent, according to her husband, Taahir Shaikh. An officer eventually told her that she would be sent to the Israel border – just hours before Israel launched airstrikes on Iran.

After her lawyers filed suit on her behalf, US district judge Ed Kinkeade issued an order on 22 June barring the government from deporting Sakeik or removing her from the Texas district where she is being detained while her case is decided.

She should be able to return to her Palestine.

As in they should abolish the terrorist state of Israel and return the land to the Palestinians. While they are at it, abolish the US, too. Replace it with something better.

Not U.S. Republican. Trump. Don’t make it sound like we’re all on board with it. Place the blame where it lies.

Well, unfortunately Trump and Republicans ARE the US right now, meaning they get to decide what the US goverment does, because they control the US goverment. Unfortunately the US isn’t just the US when it does what you support. As much as we both know wish this wasn’t happening.

“Russia invades Ukraine.” “Um ackshually many Russians do not support this move.”

You understand how discussing groups as a singular entity works, right?

If you’re a Republican, you’re supporting this. You can claim you aren’t on board all you want, but at the end of the day, you’re supporting them.

Maybe don’t, if you don’t like what the Republicans party is doing with the support you’ve given them.

If there’s 10 people at a table and a Nazi sits with them, how many Nazis are sitting at the table.

If you suggested less than 11, congratulations, you’re a Nazi too

Can’t tell if that’s a message of support or not, but just in case it’s not- trust me, we’re trying to get the republicans away from our table.

And before you say we should leave the table- not all of us have that option.

If it WAS a message of support… well, everything I said still applies in general lol.
