    For a great example of this, I’ll point at the BBS comment section for BoingBoing. I honestly think the boingboing subreddit was made to freely talk about the terrible situation at BoingBoing, because open discussion sure wasn’t going to happen on BoingBoing itself…I saw someone say they got a ban for calling some other poster crazy after the other poster made a death or a rape threat?

    But yeah, when it comes to an absurd circle jerk followed by a circular firing squad, I’ve definitely seen it. It’s like there is a certain segment of lefties that want to lose elections forever.

    Ironically, BoingBoing took their comment section behind a paywall at substack, so I’m sure paying to comment is bringing in lots of diverse views, LOL. 🤣
