Hi my parents took me to a psychiatric but did not say anything about adhd. I did not know what the process was, so I didn’t ask them for that diagnosis. I would have to disagree. What you are saying is toxic communities that reply RTFM to every question like arch or gentoo. Those aren’t beginner friendly distros. Mint, ubuntu, pop, fedora all have wonderful communities and quick support.
