The title Cougar is my favorite. My Dad owned one when he was young.
I definitely gravitate more toward those T-Buckets. I had a nearly identical Hot Wheels of that purple one, color and all.
I’ve always loved cars, especially obtainable ones like these (those $1M rare gems and/or supercars have never done it for me), but as I’ve gotten older, I find myself more interested in trucks whether they be 2wd/4wd classics or more modern street trucks of the RCSB variety. It’s too bad everyone goes for the super mega cab diesel crap these days which drove manufacturers away from sport trucks like the Lightning, Syclone, Silverado SS, etc.
I’m digging that MG. Does the badge say “Widget” on the side (with a flipped M)? Thats hilarious!
They look like the cheap stick-on letters you get from Walmart. But I’m not opposed to it, it’s definitely a fun idea.
Car show bingo card: SBC-swapped 1930s Ford T-buckets, chop-top Chevy sedans, first and second gen Corvettes with those godawful Cragar wheels, 66-69nice Camaros/Mustangs, and that one guy who tries to convince everyone in sight that his shoddy 1980s kit car is totally a real Shelby. All caked in Armor-All.
Did I win?
Edit: Oh shit, I didn’t even look at all of the pics until now hahahaha. Gimme a car show with actually unique cars for once, instead of the same boomer crap being trailered in or pussy-footed back to the garage to waste away until the next car show. These shows are boring as fuck because it’s all the same shit again and again.
Clearly you’ve seen a lot more car shows than I have 😂.
That deep red Camaro! Ooo la la!
Gotta love the Cobra, especially in that color with the racing stripes. Immediately recognizable, looks like a jet.
What’s the one that’s for sale?
Nash Metropolitan
I’ll guess it’s a Hudson Hornet. I’m not positive though.
My grandfather had a Cougar when I was a kid. It was stock though, not done up like that one. It was a popular family story, we had some relative who was rich and sold it to him for $1.
Definitely the MG for me. The C2 is pretty rad too
Both 'vettes are nice. I especially like the '58.
