There is a significant difference in terms of the amount of deaths. A focus on one over the other is very understandable, and using it as a reason for an accusation of Nazism is reductive at best.

The Gaza Health Ministry is literally run by Hamas.
And the UNOCHA is straight up lying. They claim only 23 Israeli fatalities in 2023 when the Oct 7th massacre alone killed 1,139 people, 695 of whom were Israeli Citizens (Not just Jews). This is not counting any of the attacks before or after Oct 7th, this is just the Oct 7th massacre alone.
