Most days I feel like I’m ratatouille-ing my own body, but I can’t tell if it’s just dyspraxia

      Too bad subconscious processes exist.

If it were up to my conscious brain I’d be a robot. No feelings. No emotion. Pure logical thinking and actions.

But unfortunately my brain has a whole ass other consciousness that I have almost zero control over

Yeah emotions are definitely a moral compass we never asked for. Our brains subconscious processes are tailored by evolution to deal with caveman politics, not the modern world we live in.

I’m in a much better place than I have been in the past and there were definitely times I could have done without my emotions.

I’m thankful I have learned to live with them and navigate around my personal pitfalls.

Just putting this out there to let everyone know that it can get better, not to make light of anyone’s personal struggle.
