      It depends on the laws in the country where they’re produced and who are importing them to the dystopian country of Italy.

      Most likely it is legal/greyzone where it was produced and was purchased online or sent per agreement as review/sponsored consoles so it’s easy to argue the YouTuber have imported illegal goods…

        As an anti-capitalist I think the protection of any company should be global but also that their rights to protection should be practically non-existent.

          Even someone who was a big fan of capitalism should see that seeking jail time for the crime of copying a product that is likely not even sold anymore as a defense of potential profit is wildly wrong.
